  Shrimp Kebabs with Jalapeno-Lime Marinade

This was one of our dinners from the freezer cooking thing that Laurie and I did! THE MAIN COURSE We went to this very clean and stylish place, enjoyed some nice appetizers, (you can bring your wine) and we put together 6 meals that we took home and put in our freezer! They have everything all prepped and ready for you and you assemble the meals yourself. You choose the meals you want from the menu and the number of meals and portions that you want.

This was the second meal I have prepared and they both have been EXCELLENT! We are already planning an August night out here again and would love to have some company! Let me know if you want to come. You can check out their August menu on the site although I think it is tricky to navigate to.

I should mention that I added some of the veggies fresh and used the marinade on them.
